Friends, sadly, we live in a world where truth is so often obscured with distrusting statements. Especially by governmental leaders. This should be of no surprise to us, after all, this is Satan the devil's world (2 Cor. 4:4), and he is the father of lies (John 8:44). God Almighty foretold that a time would come when 'truth is fallen in the street,' and 'everyone will deceive his neighbor, And will not speak the truth; They have taught their tongue to speak lies' - Isaiah 59:14; Jeremiah 9:5. God - the mighty Creator and Sustainer of the whole of the universe, including this planet - is 'a God of truth,' 'who cannot lie' - Deut. 32:4; Titus 1:2.

Friends, we are commanded by God to 'come out' of this religious and political world (2 Cor. 6:17-18; Rev. 18:4) and to obey God's Commandment's - including His ninth commandment (Ex. 20:16). Let us gird ourselves with the truth of God and learn to speak the truth in love (Eph. 6:14; 4:15) so that we may enter into the Kingdom of God (Psalm 15:1-2).
