Bible Prophecy

Our Lord Jesus Christ said to His Church -

"'And to the angel [the messenger] of the church in Philadelphia write, 'These things says He who is holy, He who is true, 'He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens.' 8) I know your works. See I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name [the name JESUS CHRIST].'" - Revelation 3:7-8, NKJV throughout, unless otherwise indicated.

Now, sadly, nearly all churches of God will call themselves "the Philadelphia Church." Of all the proponents of the "Church era" idea, they always claim to be Philadelphia. Well, they are WRONG! Friends, The Book of Revelation chapters 2 & 3 indeed are talking about churches - seven churches - which existed back in A.D. 95 that the apostle John was inspired to write letters to. However,  there is a prophetic meaning to them. Jesus Christ is saying here, in this book of prophecy – the Book of Revelation is a book of prophecy – notice verse 1 of chapter 1: “The Revelation [the unveiling] of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants – things which must shortly take place.” – talking about the end-time! The Book of Revelation is a book that was only to be understood in the end-time. And now that we’re in, or rather near, the end-time, it’s starting to be understood. And, although He’s talking about an earlier group of people, the former. It’s also a prophecy about the latter. About the latter days. This is an end-time prophecy.

Now, as I have written previously, while we - the Church of Jesus Christ Online Ministries and our affiliated churches - do believe that the Two Witnesses, will be the primary witnesses to fulfill Matthew 24:14, we do see here an end-time commission - to preach the TRUTH OF GOD to all nations throughout the world as a witness. Now, in truth, just after the beginning of the 'Day of the LORD' this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations' by Jesus Christ Himself through His possibly twelve end-time prophets - ending with only two (See: Revelation 11).

We have a series of sermons entitled "End-Time Prophets" given by Minister Michael C. Garrett.

"'And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.'" - Matthew 24:14.

"'Go therefore and make disciples [which includes teaching] of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20) teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I AM with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen." - Matthew 28:19-20.

"'We must work the works of Him who sent Me, as long as it is day; night is coming, when no man can work.'" - John 9:4, NASB.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said, 'See I have set before you an open door,' meaning a door of proclaiming the glorious gospel message of the soon-coming kingdom of God throughout the world (cf. 1 Corinthians 6:9; 2 Corinthians 2:12). This is part of why we have multiple social media platforms.
