GREETINGS EVERYONE!! Another brand new civic month! August 2024! Another 96 days to another U.S. presidential election! Although this site is NOT political, we live in a kingdom (the kingdom of the evil one, Satan the Devil cf. Matthew 12:26) that places politics ABOVE the LORD God. And since we, brethren, live in this world we are subject to the governing authorities. In all honesty ─ to our brethren, friends, and co-workers ─ would you want to be governed the next four years by Kamala Harris (or whoever they might replace her with) ─ a fickle cackling flip-flopper, or President Donald J. Trump ─ a fist-raising strong fighter that is in defiance of the "axis of evil"! One that would unequivocally shout out, "I'm as mad as hell, and we're not going to take this anymore!"? It's our choice!! We could also easily ask the question ─ "Are you better off today than you were four years ago!?"
Don't ever let a so-called religious leader try and tell you that the LORD God doesn't want you to vote - because we belong to another kingdom, the glorious Kingdom of God! We do indeed belong to our Lord Jesus Christ because He has bought us with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20)! The Apostle Paul makes it clear, "Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist [and certainly those that get voted into office] ARE APPOINTED BY GOD." - Romans 13:1. Also, our Lord Jesus Christ prayed to Father concerning His disciples then, as well as us today ─ "'I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.'" - John 17:15. And again, even though we are NOT OF THE WORLD, we should vote for the candidates that are "the better of the two evils"! In other words, what do the candidates stand for when it comes to right biblical morals and values!? The very foundational principles of the LORD God! And, this very statement was brought up recently because I had used the phrase (in quotes), "morally right" regarding President Donald Trump. "I question the use of "morally right" as an attribute to Donald Trump." Well, of the two candidates that are running for the presidential office, which of the two is more "morally right"!? Again, "the better of the two evils."
Not voting for President Donald Trump will continue those who knowingly (or unknowingly) follow the evil one to continue their denigration of our Lord Jesus Christ, and will continue them having their way in our lives!
Sadly, the original apostles did not have the right to vote in the way we understand voting. During their lifetime, the concept of voting for political leaders or decisions was not part of their societal structure. Instead, leadership and decisions were made by religious and political authorities (Church + State).
My FELLOW AMERICANS ─ GET OUT AND VOTE THIS YEAR!
