GREETINGS BRETHREN & FRIENDS! Here it is, again, a brand new civic month! - February! The second month of this world's Gregorian calendar. I recall having an elementary teacher pronouncing it - "Febuary." This Romanistic month Februarius was named after the Latin term februum, meaning "purification" - as in the purification ritual FEBRUA (Lupercalia) that was held on February 15th of the old lunar Roman calendar. So, again, purely PAGAN IN ORIGIN.
