False Prophets Preach False Truth (Sermon)

Friends, do you know what a false prophet is!? How would you recognize one if you saw one!? Or heard one!? Are they easily identified - or are they shrouded in mystery!? Are false prophets only a minor problem - or are they a major problem in abundance - worldwide!? God says a false prophet is NOT a true prophet! We MUST understand that a false prophet preaches false truth! Indeed, if a man tells you something that he knows disagrees with God's revealed living Word, instantly disqualifies himself from being a true minister of Jesus Christ's! - Isaiah 8:20. And Jesus confirms this - "'It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'" - Matthew 4:4. A true minister of Almighty God and Jesus Christ must teach the SAME GOSPEL TAUGHT BY JESUS: The Gospel of the Kingdom of God, of His forgiveness, of His atoning sacrifice, of the opportunity for all of us to have Jesus Christ as our great High Priest and to live under the promises of the New Covenant, and to someday be a part of the glorious Kingdom of God!

God tells us a true servant can be identified by the 'fruits of the Holy Spirit.' - Matthew 7:16. And those 'fruits' are love [Godly love], joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
