Should Biblical Christians Celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

Friends, March 17th is often called and observed as St. Patrick's Day. Is it appropriate for true Christians (one who has been called by God the Father, given the gift of repentance, been baptized, and received the gift of God's Spirit, and has their name written in the Book of Life) to celebrate!?

Would this tradition of man be one that Jesus Christ would endorse!? Notice what the Apostle Peter wrote under the inspiration of God:

"Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, 2) that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. 3) For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles - when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries" - 1 Peter 4:1-3; NKJV.

Is not this "St. Patrick's Day" truly nothing more than revelry, drinking parties, and drunkenness!? Is it not something Apostle Peter, under the inspiration of the Almighty God, said we, as Christians, should no longer participate in!?
