Personal From ... Most Horrendous Lie Perpetrated Upon Mankind

 

Well, it’s been over forty years ago now that I began to look into this concept that God is trying to save the whole world – now. That this is the only day of salvation for mankind. I began asking myself could all these worldly churches actually be wrong – the Catholic and the Protestant churches. Just about nearly all of them teach differently on points of doctrine, their beliefs – so, surely, there are at the least some which must definitely be wrong and in an error of their teachings. Could it actually be possible that the Christianity of this world is in error, is misled, is deceived!? Now, maybe so many of you will not believe this – just couldn’t possibly believe this. But, what about the ‘evil one’ – called Satan the devil!? Does he exist!?

Your Bible says that the whole world – including its religions – has been deceived by Satan the devil.

“So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; …” – Revelation 12:9.

So, the inhabitants of the earth have been deceived by him – through deceived religions. Now, the other day, someone left a comment on the sermon “Elohim – the Family of God” stating, “Religion is evil. It must be destroyed.” But, what religion is he talking about!? God’s religion or this world’s plethora of false religions?

“ … ‘Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters, 2) with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication [meaning spiritual fornication; as in idolatry], and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.’” – Revelation 17:1, 2.

Your Bible also says that there is coming a time soon when God will send an angel to “[lay] hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and [bind] him for a thousand years; …” – Revelation 20:1-3.

Well, just who is this ‘serpent of old,’ this ‘devil and Satan’!? Where did he come from!? Did God create him?

God created Hêylêl – translated into the Latin Vulgate as Lucifer – as the highest angel in the kingdom of God. He was the “guardian cherub.” Cherubs are angelic creatures, the highest order of angels which were charged with preparing the earth for God’s children – Ezekiel 28:14; Isaiah 14:12, 13. He was the highest-ranking angel that God created until he sinned and became Satan the adversary.

This powerful archangel turned his angels under him into rebellion against God –

“For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but, having cast them into Tartarus, delivered them into chains of darkness to be kept for the judgment.” – 2 Peter 2:4.

Now, could it just be possible – in this Satan-deceived world – that all denominations of the Christianity of this world have been deceived!? Sounds completely impossible – doesn’t it!?

The most universal and horrendous lie perpetrated upon mankind is the false teaching that God is now trying to get the whole world spiritually saved. That this now is the only day of salvation.

Surely you must believe that the sole source of truth is GOD. Unless you’re like the person who commented the other day, “How do you know there is a God?” Well, He has given us His glorious WORD. And in His word, He tells us whether this – now – is the only day of salvation for mankind. And, He indeed tells us whether those who do not accept our Lord Jesus Christ are “lost.”

To first learn we must go back to the beginning. To the beginning of the Bible. Now, I have a friend who suggests, that if you’re going to read your Bible from one end to the other, start in the New Testament. And, I believe that’s a wise thing.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said –

“’ No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day [meaning the resurrection day; the seventh trumpet!]’” – John 6:44.

This means that all are shut-off from God’s Holy Spirit – the tree of life – except those whom the Father has predestined to be called out of this world now! Now, is this unfair!? Do you understand why Jesus Christ said that!? Why God has cut off the majority of all humanity from salvation unto eternal life!?

Well, it began with Adam in the garden of Eden.

What most have overlooked is that in the choice which Adam was to make, God – the Elohim – required that he choose which tree to reject, as well as which one to accept.

The Adversary was but around the corner, waiting for an opportunity to tempt Adam into rejecting God – even as he had rejected God and had attempted to be ‘like the Most High’ – rejecting God’s Law and Way; rejecting the very government of God.

The very tree of life, symbolic of God’s Holy Spirit – also as the source of religion, the revealer of proper knowledge.

So, the Adversary tempted Adam through his wife Eve. And Adam took of the forbidden tree. He took unto himself the knowledge of what is good and what is evil. He rejected the Holy Spirit – and the very sovereignty of the LORD God.

Then what did God do!?

God drove Adam and Eve out of the garden of Eden and placed ‘cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the Way to the tree of life.’

God cut Adam, as well as the world which would spring from his loins, from access to His Holy Spirit – except a few which God predestined to be specially called in preparation for the future kingdom of God.

Now many might say – that’s unfair.

Well, just suppose that God had not cut mankind off from the gift of His Holy Spirit. Consider what would have happened!

The Adversary, called the devil and Satan, was still on earth’s throne – and mankind would have taken God’s Holy Spirit – the gift of eternal life – without repentance, while being led by Satan the devil, living in sin (1 John 3:4) which would have resulted in an eternal life in great unhappiness, mental torment, hopelessness, and evil! Can you see how it would have been completely unfair had God allowed mankind to bring such an eternal fate upon themselves?

That is why God has cut off mankind for 6,000 years – until Jesus Christ would come, reject and overcome Satan the devil, and take on Himself the penalty of death, qualifying to rule the throne of the earth!

So, God has placed mankind – all but a few He has called out of this world – cut off from Him, they are not yet judged or condemned! And, God the Father has called those He chose because they were the ones He felt might just reject – as His Son has – Satan the devil and all his evil ways, and accept the kingdom of God through faith in Christ, overcoming Satan.

Those of us called by God the Father now – if we repent, overcome, shall inherit the kingdom of God, and sit with Jesus Christ on His throne when we shall then (with Satan the devil and his demons gone) undertake to help save the world! Now, that might sound to some presumptuous or haughty of us to say such a thing – but, these are God’s living words, not my own – cf. Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 26, 27, 28; 3:5, 9, 10, 21; 5:10.

Those from Adam until now who have died – not yet being judged – will be resurrected to mortal life in the Great White Throne Judgment and will then be called to repentance and will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (the tree of life)!

The Creator God is creating – above all – in us, righteousness and holy godly character! And this comes from rejecting the evil way of Satan the devil and turning to the glorious Way of God’s love.

So, actually, the false gospel which this world’s Christianity professes and teaches is that God DID NOT cut off the entrance to the “tree of life” – of God’s Holy Spirit. But that mankind may freely go right back and take of that “tree of life” and gain eternal salvation while continuing in their transgressions against God’s Law! – while rejecting God and rejecting His kingdom. Have you ever looked at it this way before!?

The greater majority of this world’s churches do not teach that “sin is the transgression of the law” – God’s spiritual Law summed up in the Ten Commandments. Rather they teach falsely that “the Law is done away.”

About eighteen years ago now while I was driving over the road, I had been parked at a truck stop in Albany, Oregon when across the way I saw a whole group of Jehovah’s Witnesses. These young people were walking about the truck stop during the day, each carrying their New Word Translation – Jehovah Witness Bible, accosting the truck drivers sitting in their trucks.

One had accosted me.

“Can I climb up into your cab and show you the word of God?” the young man asked.

“Sure, get on up here and tell me what you’ve got to say,” I answered.

After climbing up into the cab, the young man began by saying, “What I have here is the accurate and easy-to-read word of God,” as he proceeded to show me the book he had in his hands. Opening it up he read, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.”

“What!?” I cried. Having an Authorized Version in my truck, I grabbed it and turned quickly to that passage of Scripture, and read, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Glancing back up at the young man I said, “That book that you have there is not the word of God!”

“What do you mean, of course it is!”

“No young man. You need to throw that away and get yourself at least the King Kames Version.”

“Well,” said the young man, “I’ve got to go.”

Now, had the young man stayed around I would have mentioned to him –

1st John chapter 3 –

Verse 4 – “Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.”

I could easily have shown him the error in them teaching him – that “Christ is the end of the Law.” Romans chapter 7 –

Verse 14 – “For we know that the law [summed up with the Ten Commandments] is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin.”

Verse 7 – “What shall we say then? Is the law sin? …”

Satan the devil is indeed confusing many into believing that God’s holy and spiritual Law – His very Way of life – has been done away with.

“ … Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. …”

The Jehovah’s Witnesses are gravely confused – Verse 4 –

“Therefore, my [brothers and sisters in Christ], you also have become dead to the law …”

Now, what does he mean!? Does he mean that you no longer have to keep the Ten Commandments!? No, because look at verse 12 –

“Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.”

Here he’s referring to the Ten Commandments.

So, what’s he referring to in verse 4!?

1. You are dead to the Old Covenant. You’re dead to the principles obtained in the Old Covenant. What is also called the “ceremonial laws.”
2. You are also dead to the death penalty because Jesus Christ will save you. Jesus Christ will give you eternal life.

Yet, the Jehovah’s Witnesses and so many like them claim that the law which the apostle Paul was speaking of was much more than just the ceremonial laws, but the whole law – as well as the over 600 other laws - claiming “Paul made no division.” Saying, with all egregious error, “Yes, the law from which Christians were discharged included the Decalogue.” Well, I weep bitterly for them.

For we state in our fundamental beliefs –

The Ten Commandments, spoken by God to Israel, are the foundation of all of God’s Laws. They have been in effect from the beginning of mankind, over 3,000 years before their pronouncement at Mt. Sinai. Their written form is the summation of the spiritual laws which function at all times, whether a person is aware of them or not. Obedience to these commandments brings blessings, and disobedience brings curses. The Ten Commandments teach us how to express love toward God and our fellowman. They must be obeyed as a condition for receiving eternal life.

Ex. 20:1-17; Deut. 5:6-21; Deut. 30:15-20; Matt. 19:16-22; Rom. 7:7-14; Matt. 22:36-40; 1 John 3:22-24; Rom. 13:8-10; 2 John 6-10.

In summation – on the Day of Pentecost A.D. 31, the inspired apostle Peter said, “’ Repent, and let every one of you be baptized [into] the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” And, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said, “’ Do you suppose that these Galileans …’” – and I’m sure you can place here any organization, city, state, nation, country or province. “ ‘…were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered such things? 3) I tell you, no; BUT UNLESS YOU REPENT YOU WILL ALL LIKEWISE PERISH.’” □
